limited menufood unavailability
the poolside food options disappointed me. a very limited snack menu was available for both lunch and dinner with no changes for seven days. arriving at 3 pm, i found no food available at all. also, all food and drinks service ceased at 11 pm.

The staff were indeed friendly and accommodating to everyone. the outdoor sunbathing area had plenty of space for peace. the views overlooking the town from there are amazing. also, i found the pool to be of a good size. Not too big, not too small, just perfect.

the room featured a lovely balcony, spacious and clean, offering a fine view. inside, there were all the necessary facilities, including air conditioning and a fridge, very convenient. i found the shower room modern and of ample size.

every member of the team was wonderfully friendly. i felt so welcome upon arrival with a warm, genuine reception. it. the reception staff were very kind and helpful indeed.

the buffet breakfast had everything i could have wanted, and the taste was amazing!!! the breakfast times were also perfectly set for any schedule. i appreciated the good start to the day that the dining service offered.

the hotel offered a well maintained garden with comfortable areas, a true ambiance of relaxation was there. the outdoor area to sun bathe was spacious, had enough room to enjoy the peace. the pool was of a nice size too.

the hotel room was lovely. it was a super beautiful maharani room, and the air conditioning worked very well. breakfast was really nice, and there was lots to choose from!
the pool was smaller than it was in photos. there was a problem with the language barrier with some staff. i also found the fire alarm went off at midnight, and it was a bit scary.
